David H. Neal, DMD is a first year pediatric dental resident at Indiana University School of Dentistry - Riley Hospital for Children presenting on "Double Mesiodens in a 7-Year-Old Male". David is originally from North Bend, Oregon. Upon graduating high school, he enlisted into the United States Air Force and served as a Pararescueman from 1991 until 2002. He received his DMD degree from the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health - A.T. Still University in 2010.
