Kara Eckstein is currently a second-year pediatric dental resident at the University of Florida in Naples. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and completed her dental education at the University of Pittsburgh, where she developed a strong clinical foundation and a passion for pediatric dentistry. During her time at Pitt, Kara gained valuable experience by participating in volunteer events focused on providing dental care to children with special healthcare needs, further fueling her commitment to this population and enhancing her ability to treat diverse patient groups.
Looking ahead, Kara is excited to continue refining her expertise in pediatric sedation and behavior management. After completing her residency, she plans to join a pediatric dental team in Charlotte, NC, where she can make a meaningful impact on the dental health of future generations.
