Robert Bauer, DMD, is a second-year pediatric dental resident at Children’s Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from A.T. Still University – Missouri School of Dentistry & Oral Health. Dr. Bauer discovered a calling for pediatric dentistry after shadowing and working for his God-Mother, Dr. Jayne Scherrman, as an undergraduate student.
As a resident, he is passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care to children of all backgrounds. He values the importance of creating positive dental experiences for his patients while promoting long-term oral health.
Following graduation, Dr. Bauer plans to return to his hometown of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, where he looks forward to serving children and families in the community that helped shape him. His goal is to create a welcoming dental home and be an advocate for accessible and inclusive pediatric dental care in Southeast Missouri.
In his free time, Dr. Bauer enjoys spending time with his family and friends, exploring the outdoors and riding motorcycles.
