Kim Hammersmith, DDS, MPH, MS is Associate Professor-Clinical at Ohio State University and Nationwide Children's Hospital. She completed her DDS and MPH degrees at the University of North Carolina and her residency at Ohio State. She practiced for 5 years in an FQHC and joined faculty at Ohio State in 2016. She is Postdoctoral Program Director and Principal Investigator for a 5-year HRSA postdoctoral training grant.
