Objectives: This study aimed to compare the 24-month survival rate of zirconia crowns (ZCs) on primary incisors placed in children in two clinical settings: standard clinical procedures versus treatment under general anesthesia (GA).
Materials and
Methods: A total of 331 primary anterior zirconia crowns were evaluated over a 24-month follow-up period. Crowns were placed in two settings: clinical and under GA. Statistical analyses were performed using the independent t-test and Kaplan–Meier survival analysis, with a significance level set at p < 0.05.
Results: Final results are pending.
Conclusions: The findings of this study will provide insights into the performance and longevity of zirconia crowns in varying clinical settings, contributing to evidence-based recommendations for pediatric dental practices.
