Yan Ning Zang, DDS (she/her/hers)

Yanny Zang, DDS, is a Pediatric Dental Resident at Boston Children's Hospital/Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Originally from Canada, she completed dental school at the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry. Prior to pursuing her pediatric dentistry specialization, she volunteered at the Alberta Children's Hospital Dental Department and completed a one-year residency program at the IWK Health Centre, the children's hospital in Canada's east coast. All of these experiences helped to develop her passion for hospital dentistry and caring for patients with special healthcare needs. She is also a strong believer in educating children and families on the preventability of caries, and encouraging them to play an active role in maintaining their oral health. Aside from couting teeth, she also loves to cycle around and explore different neighbourhoods, and is always looking for new recipes to try.
