Erin Hayashi Welter, DDS, is a second-year pediatric dental resident at the University of Washington. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of California in 2023. Before pursuing dentistry, Erin spent six years as an elementary and middle school teacher, serving Title 1 schools in Oakland and San Diego, California. She is dedicated to advancing evidence-based practices, strengthening public health initiatives, and ensuring that all children have access to high-quality, comprehensive oral healthcare.
