Hello! My name is Nicole Fischer Cosio and I’m a 30-year-old dentist originally from Bolivia, though I grew up in Northern Virginia.
I earned my Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from VCU School of Dentistry in 2020. After graduating, I completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency in Dallas, Texas, where I practiced as a general dentist for a few years.
In my time working as a general dentist, I discovered my true passion for pediatric dentistry, which led me back to VCU to specialize in this field. I absolutely love working with children and strive to make their dental experiences as positive and stress-free as possible. One of my greatest joys is seeing kids who may have once been nervous or afraid of the dentist leave with smiles and confidence.
I’m deeply passionate about oral health, and I’m always advocating for ways to ease dental anxiety and help kids overcome their fears. It's incredibly rewarding to know that I can help make a difference in their lives, one visit at a time.
