Francisco Ramirez, DDS, BSDH, is a second-year pediatric dental resident at NewYork-Presbyterian / Columbia University. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester before moving to Narón, Spain, where he taught English at Ponte de Xubia Elementary School. He went on to complete both his Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees at the University of Southern California. Inspired by his experience with children, he blended his passion for teaching and dentistry, ultimately pursuing a career in pediatric dentistry.
