Alexandra Travis, DDS is a second year pediatric reisdent at St. Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, New York. She grew up in Albany, NY where she fell in love with pedatric dentistry while shadowing her childhood dentist. She attended Clarkson University where she double majored in Biology and History, and spent way too much time making up songs about oral hygiene to sing to children on outreach. She completed her dental training at Univeristy of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. After completing dental school, she completed her general practice residency at St. Peter's Hosptial in Albany, NY. She is very excited to be presenting research at AAPD this year, and looks forward to practicing dentistry in upstate New York upon graduation of her residency program.
