Emily Imes, DDS (she/her/hers)

Emily Imes, DDS is a second-year pediatric dentistry resident at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University. Born in Asheville, NC, she completed her undergraduate degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she majored in Chemistry and Hispanic Literatures & Cultures. She received her dental degree from the the University of North Carolina Adams School of Dentistry and then continued to Columbia Univeristy to pursue her pediatric dentistry specialty training. After residency, Emily plans to work in academia and private practice and will continue to pursue her passion for public health through MPH studies.
