Dr. Marissa Spruell is a dedicated Pediatric Dental Resident at Howard University in Washington, D.C. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Florida Southern College and went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Howard University, where she continues to deepen her expertise in Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Spruell serves as a mentor in Howard’s Pediatric Dentistry Externship Program, where she provides guidance and support to pre-doctorate students exploring a career in Pediatric Dentistry. She is an active member of the National Dental Association and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Outside of her clinical and academic pursuits, Dr. Spruell enjoys traveling, cooking, and staying up to date on the latest advancements in pediatric dental care.
