Ria Vij, DMD is a second-year pediatric dental resident at Montefiore Medical Center. Originally from Akron, Ohio, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. She then went on to obtain her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, where she discovered her passion for treating children. This led her to pursue specialty training in pediatric dentistry at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, NY. After completing her residency, Ria looks forward to returning to Northeast Ohio to provide compassionate dental care to the children of her hometown community.
