Trust is the foundation of every relationship, especially in dentistry. This includes internally with ourselves/team and externally with patients/community. When Trust is high, our offices are more successful financially, emotionally and socially. When Trust is low, there are devastating effects careers and reputations. Today, we will learn how to build Trust that will have a profound impact on our practices. We will also identify strategies to maintain Trust and recover it when Trust is broken.
