The HPV virus is notably the most common sexually transmitted disease that can also have oral manifestations. HPV is good at evading the host’s immune response and can continue to replicate within an individual as well as spread to another through skin to skin contact. Subtypes HPV 16 and 18 having a risk of malignancy that can include oral cancer. This case report provides a differential diagnosis and treatment options for an oral presentation of HPV when a 2 year old 11-month female presented with a soft tissue lesion.
